All remaining shareholders of the issuer ŠUMADIJA TRANSPORT I ODRŽAVANJE AD are hereby informed that, in accordance with the Resolution of the Shareholders’ Assembly dated 20 May 2026, the Acquirer has completed the compulsory acquisition of all shares.
Shareholders whose documentation has not been updated are required to personally submit copies of their valid identification documents, together with the details of the bank account to which they wish the proceeds from the compulsory acquisition of shares to be transferred.
