Shareholders of the issuer AMS Osiguranje a.d. who were the legal holders of the shares as of 26 October 2026 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that the payment of dividends to shareholders will commence on 27 October 2026, in accordance with the Resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27 April 2026.
Shareholders whose documentation has not been updated are required to personally submit copies of valid identification documents and the bank account card for the account to which they wish the dividend to be paid.
