All remaining shareholders of the issuer ENERGOPROJEKT HOLDING AD BEOGRAD are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated 30 July 2026, the Acquirer has completed the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares.
Shareholders whose documentation is not up to date are required to personally submit copies of valid identification documents and a bank account card for the account to which they wish the proceeds from the compulsory acquisition of shares to be paid.
