Shareholders of Dunav Osiguranje AD who were the legal holders of the Company’s shares as of 18 April 2026 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that the dividend payment will commence on 7 July 2026, pursuant to the resolution adopted by the Shareholders’ Assembly on 28 April 2026.
Shareholders whose documentation is not up to date are required to submit, in person, copies of their valid identification documents together with the details of the bank account to which they wish the dividend payment to be transferred.
