Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of UNIOR COMPONENTS AD KRAGUJEVAC on the dividend record date (April 21, 2016) are hereby informed that on May 25, 2016, based on the Shareholders’ Assembly decision regarding the distribution of profits and dividend payment, the dividend for 2015 began to be paid. Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of a bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend payment to be deposited.
