Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer VIOR VELIKA MORAVA A.D. BELGRADE are hereby informed that a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer VIOR VELIKA MORAVA A.D. BELGRADE was carried out on 11 April 2016. Clients who do not have their documentation updated with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-based) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share sale to be paid.
