Shareholders of the issuer Goša FOM JSC who were the lawful holders of shares as of 17 June 2025 (dividend record date) are hereby informed that the payment of dividends to shareholders will commence on 16 December 2025 (pursuant to the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision dated 27 June 2025).
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation are required to personally submit copies of valid identification documents and the bank account details to which the dividend payment should be made.
