Shareholders of ENERGOPROJEKT-ENTEL AD Belgrade, who were owners of ENERGOPROJEKT-ENTEL AD shares on May 25, 2015 (dividend record date), are hereby notified that, on November 13, 2015, based on the decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of the company’s annual profit, the dividend payment for 2014 has commenced. Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend to be paid.
