Shareholders of GOŠA MONTAŽA AD, Velika Plana, who were holders of the Company’s shares on 30 May 2015 (dividend record date), are hereby informed that, on 25 December 2015, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of the Company’s annual profit, the dividend payment for 2014 commenced.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment is to be made.
