Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer INTERSILVER A.D. ZEMUN are hereby informed that on April 8, 2015, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer INTERSILVER A.D. ZEMUN was carried out. Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the funds from the mandatory sale of shares to be paid.
