Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preferred shares of the issuer AMSO OSIGURANJE A.D.O. BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 15, 2019) are hereby informed that, on October 11, 2019, based on the decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of the Company’s profit, the payment of dividends commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend to be paid.
