Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer ZGOP AD NOVI SAD on the dividend record date (June 26, 2020) are hereby informed that on September 1, 2021, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on profit distribution for the year 2019 dated June 26, 2020, and the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly confirming the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly dated September 29, 2020, adopted on August 10, 2021, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment should be made.
