Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer RAVNIŠTE AD KRUŠEVAC are hereby informed that on September 23, 2021, a compulsory buyout of the shares of the issuer RAVNIŠTE AD KRUŠEVAC was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which the payment from the compulsory buyout of shares should be made.
