Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preferred shares of the issuer AMS OSIGURANJE ADO BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 19, 2021) are hereby informed that on October 22, 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on profit distribution, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which the dividend payment should be made.
