Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer FADAP AD VRDNIK are hereby informed that on October 29, 2021, a compulsory buyout of the shares of the issuer FADAP AD VRDNIK was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which the payment from the compulsory buyout of shares should be made.
