Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are holders of ordinary and preferred shares of the issuer SAVA KOVAČEVIĆ AD VRBAS are hereby informed that on December 30, 2021, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer KAVIM AD RAŠKA was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the payment from the mandatory share buyout to be made.
