Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer DUNAV OSIGURANJE ADO BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 28, 2022) are hereby informed that on July 7, 2022, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2021, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
