Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of common and preferred shares of KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 16, 2018) are hereby informed that, as of September 21, 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly and the Decision of the Executive Board, the payment of dividends to shareholders has commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronic ID if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they wish the dividend to be paid.
