Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer BANAT FABRIKA ULJA AD NOVA CRNJA are hereby informed that, on October 18, 2022, a mandatory buyout of the issuer’s shares was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (chip-readable if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they want the payment for the mandatory share buyout to be made.
