Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer MESSER TEHNOGAS AD on the dividend record date (June 2, 2023) are hereby informed that, on October 20, 2023, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2022, the payment of dividends to shareholders will commence. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (scanned/chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
