Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer VODOPRIVREDA AD are hereby informed that, on November 6, 2023, a compulsory buyout of the issuer’s shares was executed. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (scanned/chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the payment from the compulsory share buyout to be made.
