Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer GOŠA FOM AD on the dividend record date (June 19, 2023) are hereby informed that, as of December 18, 2023, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for the year 2022, the payment of dividends to shareholders has commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (scanned/chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
