Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer TELEKOM SRBIJA AD on the dividend date (20 June 2023) are hereby informed that on 27 December 2023, based on the Decision of the Executive Board on the distribution of profit for 2022, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
