Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer TEHNOGAS AD are hereby informed that on 4 November 2024 the payment of the price difference was executed for all shareholders of Messer Tehnogas a.d. Belgrade who accepted the takeover bid that was open from 26 March 2024 to 15 April 2024, and whose shares were purchased by the Paying Agent.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (electronic copy if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the payment of the price difference to be made.
