Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer DUNAV OSIGURANJE AD on the dividend record date (April 30, 2025) are hereby informed that, as of July 4, 2025, dividend payments to shareholders have begun, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on profit distribution for the year 2024.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it contains a chip) and a copy of the bank account card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
