All shareholders who were holders of shares of the issuer GEOSONDA-FUNDIRANJE a.d. Beograd are hereby informed that the Buyer adopted a Decision on Mandatory Share Buyout at the Shareholders’ Assembly held on September 17, 2025. On October 2, 2025, the payment to all shareholders of GEOSONDA-FUNDIRANJE a.d. Beograd was executed.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it contains a chip) and a copy of the bank account card to which they wish the payment to be made.
