Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer GOŠA FOM AD Smederevska Palanka on the dividend record date (19 November 2019) are hereby informed that on 17 December 2019, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the allocation of funds from the company’s reserves to retained earnings of the previous year and the payment of dividends to shareholders, the Decision of the Supervisory Board on profit distribution – dividends, and the Decision of the Supervisory Board on the distribution of interim dividends, the payment of dividends and interim dividends commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend and interim dividend payments to be made.
