Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of MTS BANKA AD BEOGRAD are hereby informed that on October 9, 2020, a mandatory buyout of shares of MTS BANKA AD BEOGRAD was executed. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronic ID if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they wish the payment from the mandatory buyout to be made.
