Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of shares of the issuer TELEKOM SRBIJA AD BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (June 19, 2021) are hereby informed that on November 29, 2021, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly dated June 29, 2021, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
