Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer IMPOL SEVAL AD on the dividend record date (9 June 2020) are hereby informed that on 26 February 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit according to the annual financial statements for 2019, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
