Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of MESSER TEHNOGAS AD on the dividend record date (June 4, 2019) are hereby notified that, on September 13, 2019, based on the decision of the General Assembly on profit distribution, the dividend payment has commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend to be paid.
