Shareholders of AMS Osiguranje A.D.O. Belgrade who held the Company’s preferred shares on April 17, 2015 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that, based on the Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the distribution of the Company’s annual profit, the dividend payment for 2014 began on November 27, 2015.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they would like the dividend payment to be made.
