Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are holders of ordinary shares of the issuer GRADAC FAVRO a.d. Kladovo are hereby informed that the compulsory buyout of GRADAC FAVRO a.d. Kladovo shares was carried out on February 3, 2017.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they would like the payment from the compulsory buyout of shares to be made.
