Shareholders of Tehnogas AD who were the lawful holders of the company’s shares as of 2 June 2026 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that dividend payments will commence on 16 October 2026, in accordance with the resolution adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 June 2026.
Shareholders whose documentation is not up to date are required to submit copies of valid identification documents in person, along with a bank account card showing the account to which they wish the dividend to be paid.
