Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of YUGOSLAVIA COMMERCE AD Beograd are hereby informed that on October 29, 2020, a mandatory buyout of shares of YUGOSLAVIA COMMERCE AD Beograd was executed. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronic ID if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they wish the payment from the mandatory buyout to be made.
