Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of common shares of NIS AD NOVI SAD on the dividend record date (June 20, 2020) are hereby informed that, as of November 27, 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2019 and on determining the total amount of undistributed profit of NIS AD Novi Sad as of June 30, 2020, the payment of dividends to shareholders has commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronic ID if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
