Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preferred shares of AMS OSIGURANJE AD Beograd on the dividend record date (April 17, 2020) are hereby informed that, as of October 15, 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on profit distribution, the payment of dividends to shareholders has commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronic ID if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
