Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer NLB KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD are hereby informed that, on July 13, 2022, a mandatory buyout of the issuer’s shares NLB KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (chip-readable if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they want the payment for the mandatory share buyout to be made.
