Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of VOJVODINAPUT AD SUBOTICA on the dividend record date (4 June 2010) are hereby informed that, on 29 December 2016, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly dated 4 June 2010 on the allocation of a portion of undistributed profit from previous years for dividend payment, the dividend payment commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment is to be made.
