Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer GALENIKA AD are hereby informed that on 02 October 2024 the payment of the price difference for the forcibly purchased shares was executed.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the payment of the price difference to be made.
