Shareholders who were holders of shares of HUP BALKAN AD Belgrade (hereinafter: the Company) as of 8 April 2020 are hereby informed that on 30 April 2020 the payment of liquidation proceeds will commence, based on the Decision on the Distribution of Liquidation Proceeds adopted by the Company’s Shareholders’ Assembly on 16 April 2020.

Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally (or through an authorized representative) submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the payment of liquidation proceeds to be made.
