Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of ENERGOPROJEKT HOLDING AD BELGRADE on the dividend record date (5 June 2016) are hereby informed that, on 30 November 2016, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of retained earnings and the Decision of the Executive Board on the procedure and method of dividend payment for 2015, the payment of the dividend for 2015 commenced. Shareholders who do not have their documentation updated with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-based) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend to be paid.
