Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer GALEB METALOPLASTIKA AD Šabac are hereby informed that on 28 December 2023 a mandatory buyout of the issuer’s shares was executed.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the payment for the mandatory share buyout to be made.
