Clients of BDD Tesla Capital, shareholders of the issuer DAVID PAJIĆ-DAKA a.d. BELGRADE, are hereby informed that a mandatory share buyout of the issuer DAVID PAJIĆ-DAKA a.d. BELGRADE was carried out on 25 February 2016.

Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the proceeds from the mandatory sale of shares are to be paid.
