Clients of BDD Tesla Capital, shareholders of the issuer BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO VRANJE AD, are hereby informed that a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO VRANJE AD was carried out on 10 December 2018.

Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the proceeds from the mandatory share buyout are to be paid.
