Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer Centar a.d., Beograd are hereby informed that, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on mandatory share buyout dated April 1, 2025, the payment to all shareholders was executed on April 14, 2025.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank account card with the account number to which they wish the payment from the mandatory buyout to be made.
