Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer VOJVODINAPUT BAČKAPUT AD Novi Sad are hereby informed that on 17 March 2020 a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer VOJVODINAPUT BAČKAPUT AD Novi Sad was carried out.

Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share purchase to be paid.
