Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer TERRAVITA A.D. BELGRADE are hereby informed that a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer TERRAVITA A.D. BELGRADE was carried out on 2 August 2016. Shareholders who do not have their documentation updated with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-based) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share purchase to be paid.
