Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer JADRAN AD BELGRADE are hereby informed that a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer JADRAN AD BELGRADE was carried out on 1 April 2016. Clients who do not have their documentation updated with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-based) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share sale to be paid.
