Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer FUTURA PLUS A.D. Belgrade are hereby informed that on 16 December 2019 a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer FUTURA PLUS A.D. Belgrade was carried out.

Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share purchase to be paid.
